Strange Calendar Entries

We use Office 365. A user's calendar is attached. Any time he accepts an invitation to a meeting, it shows as "Busy" (with no other information) on his calendar. The entries are not marked confidential. He shows up in Scheduling Assistant as attending the meeting on the Tuesday 10:30 entry. Is there a security setting that enables this behavior? I seriously doubt he is manually making the changes to show Busy instead of having Outlook display the event details. I'm a user, not an administrator.

Is this his own personal calendar? That is what you see if a calendar is shared with free/busy information only - for the people its shared with. The calendar owner should see the full details.
 
It's his personal calendar shared with the rest of the group. Thanks for the information. I'd never heard of that option before. I see it now.
