We use Office 365. A user's calendar is attached. Any time he accepts an invitation to a meeting, it shows as "Busy" (with no other information) on his calendar. The entries are not marked confidential. He shows up in Scheduling Assistant as attending the meeting on the Tuesday 10:30 entry. Is there a security setting that enables this behavior? I seriously doubt he is manually making the changes to show Busy instead of having Outlook display the event details. I'm a user, not an administrator.
