I receive many emails from Paypal with payment notification, if i select reply without opening the email it just goes to paypal, when i open the email it will go to the "Reply-To" address in the header which is the customers email address.
What i would like to do is when the email comes in when outlook 2010 is open or when i open outlook for any new email to open, insert an oft, send it, close the email.
Can this be done somehow.
 
Open the Gmail website. This will open your Gmail inbox if you're already logged into Gmail on your computer.
If you aren't already logged into Gmail, enter your Gmail email address and password before continuing.

Select an email. Click on the email to which you want to respond. This will open it.

Click the "Reply" arrow. It's in the top-right corner of the email. This will bring up a field where you can type in your reply to the specific person who sent the email.
If you want to reply to everyone in a group email, instead click ▼ to the right of Reply, then click Reply to all in the drop-down menu.


Enter your reply. Type in the response you want to send to the recipient(s).

Click Send. It's a blue button below the bottom-left side of the reply field. Doing so will send the email to the person (or people) in the original email.

You'll need to use a macro to replay using a template. I have a macro sample here that gets the reply to and one that replies with a template

Is it possible to set the email account this applies to. I have 6 email accounts and i only need it to work with one of them ?
 
That runs using a rule, so yes, if the rule you'll have it apply only to mail downloaded by the desired account.
