Automatic forwarding to different people on a rotational basis

In this scenario there is an email address to which people send requests. A team of four people take turns responding to the requests. So team member 1 responds to the first request , team member 2 responds to the second request and so on. Can Outlook automatically forward the request to the separate email addresses of the team members in a sequential/rotational manner to achieve an even distribution of the request received among the team members?
