Moving data from Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2007 with BCM

How do I import my data from Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2007 with Business

Contact Manager?
 
I currently run Outlook 2007 on my desktop but I also need to transfer files

to my laptop. So I have two issues.

Export the data out as an Personal folder file from the desktop and then use

the import feature to bring in the files
