Outlook using servers other than POP3/STMP

Can't send emails using Outlook other than through home based POP3/SMTP server
 
Try to setup a gmail account in Outlook.

In the process of doing so, you will do all the necessary troubleshooting to
verify.

I suspect your ISP is blocking port 25.
