That is not true. The BB sync software had an issue, I uninstalled it, then

reinstalled the newest version off of the web, and then MS sent an update

that temporarily fixed it. But the problem is now back, it will sync certain

files then windows gives an error message. BB says that it is a Vista issue,

(shocker). I do not have the enterprise server i am just a small business,

it is a real pain.

Outlook does not actively participate in any sync. It's all up to the sync

software.
