CPA displays 8am to 4pm. How can I change this to include up to 10pm in the view?

If you want to set 8 -10 as working hours, File, Options, Calendar options - set the start and end time.

If you want to see 8 10 in the calendar's time scale - this is controled by how much space there is. Bigger time scale (30 min instead of 15), and bigger window will change how many hours show. It goes start of work day then shows as many hours as possible and if all working hours are visible, it adds some in the morning and some at night. To see 8A - 10P, you'll probably want to set 10 pm as the end of the work day or use the hour scale.

Thanks Diane again,

I tried and changed the time on outlook but on the CPA only shows all the way to 5pm after that if you have any thing after 5pm even if it's at 9 pm it will show at the 4:30 slot.

However, it indicates the time on the slot.

I think it might be a glitch in the CPA utility, just a thought.

Thanks,

Oh., my bad. I wasn't paying attention to the forum.

The CPA uses work hours. I'll have to play with it and see if it can be changed either byu editing the template or tweaking the work hours.

I'm probably way late to this, but what the heck. I just figured this out for myself.

Changing the hours on a timescale is pretty simple. The items you're looking for are StartHour and EndHour. It depends on the template where you want or need to edit this. <timescale MinorUnit="15" MinorUnitShow="true" MajorFontWeight="Bold" EndHour="20" StartHour="7" Width=".3in" Orientation="Left"><timescale MinorUnit="15" MinorUnitShow="true" MajorFontWeight="Bold" EndHour="20" StartHour="7" Width=".3in" Orientation="Left"><timeslot MinorUnit="30" EndHour="20" StartHour="7" Orientation="Fill"><timeslot MinorUnit="30" EndHour="20" StartHour="7" Orientation="Fill">The times are in military time. 20 is 8pm. 7 is 7am.

I'm unsure how to post actual XML code. It's getting excised from my reply. So, just believe me. ;-)</timeslot></timeslot></timescale></timescale>
