Printing attachment name

In Outlook 2010, when printing an email with attachments the printed result does not show the attachment name but rather a blacked out area directly under the attachment program icon. Is there a trigger to show the attachment name somewhere?
 
Is the message format RTF? If not, the attachment should look like this:

attachment-name.png

If the attachment is an icon in the message body, the message is RTF - best guess, the printer options are set for black and white or gray scale.

Thanks for the reply but still not working. My message format setting is RTF and printer options were set to black and white. Changed printer options to color (we have a color printer) but still get same results. Still not showing attachment name. Can't seem to upload attachment for a visual.
 
What icon? If it has transparency, the transparent part will print black. I'm not sure if this is outlook/office or the printer's fault. Any colored parts should print with color though - based on my experience, at most it will be half back, half color.
