HELP - Send e-mail verification text box

I'm using Outlook (32bit) to access Hotmail Windows Live account with the Hotmail Connector (v14.0.6106.5001)?

When I first send an e-mail I'm getting a text verification challenge dialogue box and I can't send an e-mail until I correctly enter the letters.

The dialogue says:

"You must type the characters in the image to send e-mail messages from (<my e-mail address here>).

This verification prevents automated programs from sending spam.

If you cancel this dialog box, any messages in your Outlook box for this account will not be sent."

It occurs in all versions of Outlook I've tried - 2003, 2007 and 2010. I've installed the Outlook Connector on different PCs (each with a different hotmail account) and they all have the same problem.

It comes up the first time I try to send an e-mail and then regularly after that (maybe every 30mins), but not every time I send an e-mail.

This is very frustrating as the business relies on using Windows Live domains (Hotmail) for our e-mail.

How do I disable this permanently?
 
Just to add some clarification to this, the accounts with Windows Live are using custom domains, so it's domains.live.com service.

Yes, these are new accounts. But it also happens on older accounts (e.g. over 3 months).

Yes, Outlook/Hotmail works otherwise. Outlook can send and receive and sync folders, contacts etc. I can login to the Hotmail accounts through the web interface and send without the verification text box.

This is very frustrating and time consuming for the staff. Sometimes the prompt doesn't appear in the foreground and email will sit in the Outbox for hours until the staff member realises.

Does anyone know about these prompts and how to get rid of them???

Any one else got any ideas on how to fix this.... or better yet an actual solution???
 
I haven't heard back but based on others who experienced the problem, it magically went away after a while. It seems like its a security dialog to prevent automated spam. We haven't decided if its time based or # of messages sent.

It's been three months.

The staff all send a reasonable number of emails to clients every day (e.g. more than 20). And the prompts are still happening on a daily (or more frequent) basis... Very frustrating.

This is an absurd 'feature'. The account has been verified using the SMS verification feature in Hotmail and the staff have repeatedly proved they are human through the constant Captchas, what more proof do MS need that this is NOT a spam bot?

I am having the same irration and wish we could find a way to turn this off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
According to my contact, its an anti-sam safe guard and should only happen once or for a short period. They recommend logging into the account through a web browser and sending some mail, whch (hopefully) will trigger the warning. This will (hopefully) put an end to the dialog in outlook.
