Outlook 2010 some messages received have no word wrap

Hello. We recently upgraded to office 2010. Now, some of the email i receive the messages do not word wrap, I get a scroll bar and have to scroll to the right. Outlook 2007 had a check box for word wrap. In outlook 2010, I have looked under options and advanced and played with several settings, but those specific email messages still do not word wrap. These messages were fine in outlook 2007. Is there a specific place where the word wrap can be forced back on in these messages? These messages come from our ACR system, which our customer service department use for sennding us cases for things that need to be done. The only thing that has changed is we went to office 2010 with outlook 2010. PArts of 2007 are still there (Visio and Project). Any ideas? Thanks.
