outlook reminders dont come to front :/

hi guys,

this is hacking me off now - why oh why dont outlook reminders come to the foreground all the time? :(

it means things are easily missed and is a right pain in the *rse!

anyone figured a way round it?

Annoying as heck, isn't it? At this time there is not a fix or good solution, sorry. One group is working on an addin that displays the reminders similar to the blue new message alert but its not ready for release yet.

I’m late to almost every meeting I have – this is very annoying!

I read about solution using VB – but I think there should be an official fix – when is MS listening to its customers? When the left???

No fix yet... have you seen this article? http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/2010/outlook-2010-reminders-focus/ - there are 3 tools which may help. Reminder Alerts was written specifically for this problem - or use DeskPins to pin it on top (although having it always on top could lead you to ignore it... )

If you use multiple monitors the problem may be worse as outlook is not 100% multiple monitor friendly - it's usually best if outlook and the reminder window is on monitor 1.
