Reminders dismissed on one computer re-appear on Outlook on second computer

I've got Outlook 2013 X86 running on both a Windows 7 machine and a Windows 8 machine. I'm using outlook.com mailboxes and EAS connection to them in Outlook. What I'm noticing is that 129 calendar reminders pop up on one of my two computers, which I then use the button "Dismiss all". They go away on that computer and then almost immediately on my second computer, all 129 calendar reminders appear in my second instance of Outlook. I'll use the "Dismiss all" button on the second computer which gets rid of them there, but then they all suddenly re-appear on my first computer again. The cycle continues over and over with no end. If I just close the reminders bot instead of dismissing, I can get a break in the cycle until the next event pops up. I've tried using the outlook switch /cleanreminders on both computers to no effect.

Any ideas as to the cause or possible resolution to this issue?

No idea what is going on, but I will see if i can repro it. I know there are a number of bugs in EAS to Outlook.com/Hotmail and am expecting that i will be able to repro.
