I need to set multiple reminders for my appointments. Usually when I create an appointment on the outlook calender I just get one option to be reminded before the appointment e.g 15 min Or 30 min...etc. I would like somehow to get reminded multiple times before the appointment. Is that possible to set the reminder to 30min & than before 15 min...etc? Any tips would be nice.

Outlook doesn't support setting multiple reminders at once, you can use the snooze time for the second (outlook supports 5, 10, 15 min before start for snooze) or create a task with a reminder at the desired time.
