We created several distribution groups in our Office365/Outlook environment. These were created by registered administrators who added other department members as co-'owners' of the groups. When looking at one of these groups in the Global Address List, only the registered admin's name shows up as the Owner. The other 'owners' are listed in the Members column.
The issue is - none of those co-'owners' can make any membership changes in their group. We're tried removing the admin/owner so one of the others shows as Owner, but that person is STILL unable to modify membership of the group. Is there some sort of PowerShell command that must be run in order to fix this? Note: these are NOT security groups/mailboxes, merely distribution groups.
