I am running Outlook 2010 with Exchange, under Windows 7
With Outlook open, I click in the Search field at the top of the items column;
Immediately the area below the search box expands to reveal ten (10) additional fields (see attached)
My coworkers, with the identical versions of Windows 7 and Outlook, on the same Exchange server, are unable to get this to occur with their Outlook Instant Search field. Clicking in the field pops nothing.
We have compared and matched all the Search, Instant Search, and View settings in Outlook. And yes, we've made sure that Instant Search is enabled under Programs and Features.
How can my colleagues get the additional Instant Search fields to "pop" like mine do?
