Hi there, I have a requirement from Managers Staff, they have scheduled a meeting for a particular subject. The thing is that if some one else sends an invitation for a meeting in the same time it apperars as accepted / tentative. What they really wants is to block this period of time in order to decline automatically any meeting requirement... The rest of the calendar remains as it is. Any idea how to block this time from other invitations?
