IMAP & Exchange accounts sending mail

IMAP
I have 2 IMAP accounts and 1 Exchange account configured. When I send from either IMAP account, the mail goes to the exchnage outbox which if offline will not send the mail! How can I force the IMAP accounts to send via their own outgoing servers?

BTW, one of the IMAP accounts is configurted as default.
