Very pleased to have found this forum! Thanks to everyone as I know one of you will solve my issue. In trying to rectify a problem, my ISP advised me today to delete my default email profile and create a new one. I did this (with their guidance) but with some hesitation. I now have two email profiles of the same name - the original one that is idle but remains visible with all its folders. Very annoying. And the new one that has a (1) at the end of the email address. I have moved all the folders across to the new email profile and it is functional. But...how do I remove the (1) at the end of this email profile? And can I delete the original (and now inactive) email profile permanently, so I don't have to keep looking at it!
