Unable to apply rule on Exchange server functional account

Hello. I have a functional account in addition to my standard email account on my exchange server outlook. I am trying to apply rules so that when a specific person sends an email to the functional account it will move the message to a specific folder, within the functional account. When I go to create the rule the system will not allow me to choose the destination folder that I want. I can select the folder however, when I select OK the rule manager ignores the folder I have selected. Is this because fo the folder type, (see attached PNG file)? Please advise.

No, its not the folder type. It's the managed mailbox - you can't use rules to move mail into them. You could use a run a script rule, although if you need a lot of rules, it can get unwieldy.
