Hello. I have a functional account in addition to my standard email account on my exchange server outlook. I am trying to apply rules so that when a specific person sends an email to the functional account it will move the message to a specific folder, within the functional account. When I go to create the rule the system will not allow me to choose the destination folder that I want. I can select the folder however, when I select OK the rule manager ignores the folder I have selected. Is this because fo the folder type, (see attached PNG file)? Please advise.
