Seems like my day for trying to resolve problems...
The problem is with syncing and duplicate contacts created in non original source contact folders. I have found that if I create a new BCM lead record from a contact record which is a subfolder nested in the account's (the exchange acct associated with syncing) root contact folder, BCM (or something) then creates the contact also in the root contact or some other non source folder.
For example, I create my basic lead lists in a Xcel file. Once I have all the data I create a sub folder in contacts for that specific data set (new leads from a specific source) I then go to that contacts sub folder, select one, some or all and create the lead(s) in BCM. However when every syncs I get duplicates of the sub folder records in the root (or other non-source sub folder.)
What am I doing wrong or what is the problem?
