So I'm using Outlook 2010 and I've got many email addresses setup here, all with the same domain, and I can't see new messages in Sent folder. I can see received messages but not Sent. In another computer, however, with the SAME account settings, everything works swell.

I've contacted my ISP see if they could help any way they say the server data is fine. It's strange that the problem is on this computer alone. When trying to update the Sent folder I get an error saying I'm either in offline mode or the email sending service doesn't allow me access.

Any ideas?
 
The first thing I would verify is that it is configured as IMAP in File, Account Settings. Then double click on the account and choose More Settings and look on the Advanced tab. Are you saving sent items? (Do not save sent items should be selected for Gmail accounts.)

I'm reading that as "i checked the setting and it is correctly set to save sent items" Most, if not all, imap accounts, except for gmail, should have outlook save sent items. (Gmail saves them when it sends the message via it's smtp server, so having outlook also save results in two copies of sent items. )

Are you using Outlook 2010 on the problem machine or 2013?
 
Whichever the case may be I tried both with and without saving sent items setting and I got no results.

I'm sorry, wrong version. It is indeed 2013.

Would you like me to post the config info?
