Hi All;
I have a new user who makes appointments with contacts who do NOT have e-mail addresses for privacy reasons (healthcare setting). The user would like to have the subject line be the contact's name and the location be the address from the contact record. Ideally the contact's address would be preceded by the contact's primary phone number plus a delimiter of some kind. For example:
Subject Field --> George A. Jetson
Location Field --> xxx-xxx-xxxx - 200 200 Street Georgeville DC
Surely this is possible. but it has me baffled.
Thanks
