Show ALL of today's appointments in To-Do Bar

Hi,
Recently transitioned from Lotus Notes to Outlook 2010.
How can I make the calendar in the 'To-Do Bar' show all meetings for the day vs only the upcoming meetings? Ex/ At 11am the calendar no longer shows my earlier morning meetings. Having easy access to the day's previous meeting instances is very helpful.
