Outlook 2013 Appointments missing

We have a person scheduling appointments for consultants. These meetings are disappearing from the Organizer's calendar but not the consultant. We use CRM online and set regarding the meeting to the CRM.

I read somewhere something about deleting sdf files. Can you please repost a fix.

Also, do you know if deleting sdf or ost files will it remove the CRM "Set Regarding" from all the existing appointments?

Removing the data files will not remove 'set regarding' from existing messages. That text was added at the time the message was created.

Are the meetings in the deleted items folder? Does she use a smartphone or have a delegate? if she or a delegate deletes the notifications, it deletes the meeting.
