I am running Outlook 365 (version 2310). I noticed a large number of files being created in C:\Windows\temp. The fil names are [machine name]-date=serial.log (ie. DESK-20231116-0725.LOG).
Using 'Process Monitor', I see Outlook create file, query remote, query security, close file. This is repeated over and over. These files are not deleted by the system. I find a large number of these files which I delete manually.
Since logging is turned off in Outlook, why are these files being created?
Additionally, there is a directory 'Outlook Logging' in Users that is producing ETL files which I delete via program.
