Hi

I think I've checked all the options in Outlook calendar yet I cannot

force it change the time display in the Outlook Calendar.

I'd like to see only a portion of the day in the week view, I mean I

don't want to see all the 24 hours of the day only a little bit more

than my usual work day (e.g. an hour before the start time and an hour

after the end time).

I think I'd managed to do it before but I after changing the employer

I'm trying to repeat the feat in the new workplace but without

success.

I'd appreciate it very much for some hints how to do this.

Right click on the time scale and choose the time scale you want.

There's no way to suppress non-working hours in any of the views with a time

scale. All 24 hours will be there, but the non-working hours will be colored

differently than the working hours. The time you've designated as the start

of your work day will be at the top and Outlook will show as many hours as

will fit in the window based on your window size and screen resolution.

That's how all versions of Outlook work. While you think you remember doing

it in a previous version, you did not.

Then I must have imagined doing that. Thank's anyway.

I guess I must have imagined doing that. I've got a screen with

different resolution this time so that must be simply it. I'll change

the scale.

Thanks for your help.

7/9/2013 Outlook 2010 -Sorry I have no solutions. BUT I would like to see this option also. I access multiple calendars daily and would like to have the option to start the day at a given time instead of midnight.

Thanks,
