Auto-Dialer for calling contact

Each time I attempt to use the 'ACTIONS' Call Contact I get the following

error message:

An internal error occurred in the automatic phone Dialer.

How can I correct this error message?

Outlook uses the windows dialer. Does the dialer work if you try to use it

from windows?

I too faced these problems, but don't know how to solve it! Now i don't use PC for calling. I Upload contact lists to my mobile phone and enjoy the smooth mobile based power dialer. All that features we want in a dialer I found 'My Sales Dialer'. :cool:
