colors on a shared calendar

I share a calendar with my office. The calendar is able to be updated in

either Outlook or Sharepoint. I color code my meetings to indicate their

priority and level of interest. (ie. a section mtg would get a color and a

company mtg would get a different color) I would like to be able to share

the color system or have my secratary color my calendar so the codes are in

the order I've already presented.

Is this possilbe and how can it be accomplished.
 
Version of Outlook?

If 2007, color categories are per user - the others would need to add the

categories to their outlook then set the colors to see what you see.
