Good day,
We are using Microsoft Outlook 2007 with Microsoft Exchange 2010. We have 6 staff in 3 different time zones using shared calendar. They enter calendar appointments for each other. When adding a new calendar appointment to a staff member in a different time zone, the entry is loaded with the local time zone of the person entering it, not the actual owner of the calendars time zone.
