Outlook 2010 : Error while preparing to send sharing message

Dear,

Ive just deployed Exchange 2010 Sp1 in order to use the task functions, for local network.

I already able to send/receive email and callendar. But it showed error as subjected when following theses steps :

  • In Tasks, in the Navigation Pane, right-click on the task folder that you want to share.
Note If you are using the Navigation Pane in Minimized view, in the Navigation Pane, click Navigation Pane, and then right-click the task folder that you want to share.

  • Click Share folder name.
  • In the To box, enter the name of the recipient of the sharing invitation message.
  • Optionally, you can change the Subject.
  • Optionally, you can grant permissions to the recipient to change your task items by selecting the Recipient can add, edit, and delete items in this tasks folder check box.
  • In the message body, type any information that you want to include.
  • Click Send.

please help.
 
what does the error message say?

I've never shared tasks that way - I right click, Properties and assign permissions.

Sorry to show you the images this way, i can't do better.
 
Do you have delegates assigned? Remove all delegates rule ( use MFCMapi and a profile that is not in cached mode) then try sharing calendar again in outlook.




Have admin remove all the permissions from calendar folder of your mailbox, then use PFDavAdmin to browse the calendar folder and check the DACLs State and if state is not good, try to fix it.

create a new profile that has cached mode disabled.


Expand the tree: Root Container, Top of Information Store


Right Click on Inbox, Display Rules Table


Look for line with “Schedule+EMS Interface” in PR_Rule_Provider. This is the rule for a delegate. Right click on that line and delete it.






The admin needs to use PFDavAdmin on the server.

The Display rule table is empty.

It is new installation, no delegations rule.

I can share callendar but cannot share task.

Pleas help .
