purge from in box

when i delete from the in box i must purge to remove the email. i'm running xp windows outlook 2007

it use to work fine, had computer re-built.also i have one pop/smitp and three imap/smitp accounts,

how do i get them to come into the same folder (in-box). now they are coming into two different in-boxs,

i'm sure the setting have to be re-worked.....can someone give me the right settings
 
That is how it works with IMAP accounts. IMAP accounts deliver to their own folders - this is because they are server accounts. If you want everything in one folder you need to use POP3.
