Send receive Progress Box

Outlook 2013 The send receive progress box content disappears and in calendar the content of a date I click on also disappears. I have done a format reinstall of both Windows 8 and Office 2013 which solved the problem. It has suddenly reappeared with no changes to the computer. Microsoft point to graphics but Nvidia have no solutions. Microsoft have been unable to fix it and say it is new to them.

I have disabled acceleration in both Outlook and via the Nvidia software. I have also reinstalled both Win 8 (format) and Office 2013. This initially solved the problem. I then reinstalled software one at a time after ensuring compatibility for each program with Win 8. I checked after each install without problem recurring. This worked until after 5 days from the last install it suddenly started again. No changes to software or settings prompted it. PS Are you really one person if so where do you get your energy?

That's the problem. Nothing other than running programs was done. I thought it had been solved. The one clue is that alternate dates (mouse clicks) disappear from the calendar. The others remain. Also the disappearing progress content box also varies. If I run it twice it usually stays the second time. As it does not affect anything else including Excel and Word it looks like one of the Outlook settings? If so I can't find it. PS 2 days over Easter is an excellent response time and it is good of you to help so many people.
