Anyway to cut-down the time of it. It takes about 60 seconds on my computer
 
No, other than by removing rss feeds or accounts - they can cause it to slow down. Reducing the number of synced folders may help too.




If you have multiple accounts using the same server, create multiple send and receive groups. Outlook limits the number of connections to one server to 4. (If you only have 2 to the same server, its not a problem unless you have a lot of folders in each account.)
