HTML mails apprearing broken in outlook 2013

I am creating emails on HTML.when i send the mail on my outlook email address,the email preview is not impressive.The header image appears broken,there are thick lines between blocks of messages and at certain places fonts do not match.I had office 2010 installed but then I installed office 2013 in my system.The emails were rendering absolutly fine in outlook 2010 but there seems to be some problem with my outlook setting in 2013.

please help as per my question

i have attached the screenhot of part of mail which is not rendering correct in outlook 2013 and highlighted the problem areas.

i think that there must be some setting problem in outlook 2013 version.....if is it so then please tell me that also....
 
It looks like a CSS issue - you might be able to see clues in the source code. Also, what are your settings in File, Options, Mail, Message format (near the bottom) - change the use CSS option and see if it helps.
 
we are not ussing css in coding of HTML and my outlook setting is default setting.please let me know soon if there is specific setting is required
