I'm not sure what you mean - were both signatures in the screenshot supposed to be the same? Are they correct onscreen? Do the users set up their own signatures or is it stored in the active directory?
 
i'm sorry diane, please see attached. they are correct in screen, only when printing where the problem appears. i have printed the html signature on two browsers (ie and chrome) and it's perfectly ok. if it's printed on outlook 2010, you'll see them. my printer by the way is hp color laserjet pro mfp m176n, usb connected. my previous printer, hp deskjet 6943 prints ok.
