Calendar to Web HTML - Multiple Files

I have seen numerous entries answering how to create a web page from a calendar but no where can I find where anyone talks about how Microsoft creates 15 or mores files when creating a calendar to web page. When I go to post the calendar on our intranet - there is not one htm file - there are several, each containing a different aspect of the calendar - so I am not getting the full calendar view/data on the web. Works great from my computer but not on the intranet. I have to put all 40+ files into one folder within my intranet to get it to work and have to do that each time a change is made.

Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!

You are doing this with Outlook 2007? The old web page feature does create a boatload of files and there is no way around it. The Word template addin tends to be better - save it as HTML then upload. My Outlook Calendar template
