How to send an OUTLOOK task to a contact out of my active directory?

I sent a task to a contact, but he received it as a simple mail and not as task, the same with the task received from him...

what is the reason and how to solve?

Please advise!

This means that mail sent outside the server is converted to html and the TNEF data is lost. Try setting the person's address to always use RTF - but depending on the server settings, this may not help.
