Form 'While You Were Out' body text not working

I wasn't able to repro the problem and that makes it harder to figure out what is wrong.

Does the form work right if you use Safe mode?

Does it work correctly if you use it in a POP3 or IMAP profile? This will rule out issues with Exchange.

I recognize that there appears to be something strange going on here, which is why i suggested taking a quick look at the server/clients (whatever you want) directly through a remote session.

I would rather spend the time productively than to hypothesize over and over...

Let me know your thoughts, I can make this happen very quickly if need be.

Yeah, I left it stay full because too many people were PMing me with questions that belong in the forums. :(

I can do a remote session later today or tomorrow - I'm trying to get caught up after a vacation (and I'm going to need a vacation from vacation :)) I have a gotomeeting account if you don't have a favorite service to use. You can email me at diane at slipstick com to set it up.
