Appointments disappearing

The secretary of our company has access to the CEO, CFO, and COO calendar to make appointments and meeting for them. When she does this it will stay on there calendars for about 10 seconds and disappears. what can cause this and how to fix it can someone help me. and I am not to great with computers.. thank you

some calendars are effected they are also using smartphone but the calendar appointments do show up on their phones but in the secretary's computer it disappears

she is the one who handles it all and its important
