I am an executive assistant and I have to book rooms for people at times from my own calendar, or schedule classes.
I have created a view that hides those by categorizing "my meetings" and filtering by that category.
The problem with that is when I look at my bosses calendar, I have to switch the view, otherwise their calendars are blank (they don't have anything on their calendars that is categorized "my meeting" since it is a personal category of mine).
Can I have the "My meeting" view applied to my calendar most of the time, while having a normal, unfiltered view on my bosses' calendars? I would like this to happen at the same time, without having to switch back and forth between views...
Thank you!
Caroline
