I am currently using Microsoft Outlook 2010.
Can we set different alert timings for different meetings ?
I have observed that, to prepare for different meetings we need varying time. For one meeting it might be 10 min whereas for other we might need an alert 1 day before.
Can we customize the alert timings according to the meeting ?
E.g. Meeting 1 - Alert 15 minutes before
Meeting 2 - Alert 4 hour before
Meeting 3 - Alert 1 day before
Meeting 4 - Alert 1 week before
