Different behavior AutoForward with Rule vs manual forward.

One of our people gets orders for business cards from a customer. It links back to an image, specifically a .png. She's going on vacation, so I set up an Outlook rule to forward anything from this customer to another rep.

If the emails are manually forwarded, they show up fine, probably because the option comes up to download pictures from an outside server.

The Outlook rule forwards it, but the recipient isn't getting the option to "download" pictures. Not sure what triggers that.

Hope that makes sense.
