Our office is having an issue where we are all sharing an additional mailbox with our personal corporate E-mails being our main accounts. The admin for the shared email address has changed the categories for that account. Everyone seems to have those categories/colors as being shown save one.
We have "Upgraded the color categories" within the data file properties to no avail. We have tried removing that additional account, rebooting, & then adding it back to no avail.
I'm sure this is a simple solution but so far it has evaded us.
