Hi, I'm new here, this is my first post.
Recently I reset my iphone, when prompted to add my outlook contacts I said yes, not realizing all 1400 of the business contacts I had connected to a separate email (not the one associated with my icloud account) would also be added.
Now here comes the bad part, exasperated with trying to delete the unneeded contacts I used a cleaning app to hasten the project. "Contact Clean"
When, at work today, I logged onto my computer and began to send and answer email, I began to get the message "an unexpected error has occured' whenever I tried to send an email using a contact from one of my groups.
I restarted the computer thinking it was a simple glitch.
When I reopened Outlook ALL of my business contacts were gone. The only ones left were the contacts that are currently on my iphone.
I'm desperately hoping that there is some way to "restore" from an earlier time.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Pattie
