Outlook 2013 / Windows 8 / Frontier ISP.
Set up my POP3 Frontier account details in Outlook 2013. Sending and receiving mail has been functioning fine on all four user accounts on our PC...until last week. Now the receiving process either takes several minutes or stalls while receiving and produces an error message about contacting my ISP. I instantly go to the Frontier web based portal (now powered by Yahoo) and have no trouble, so I doubt the problem is my ISP.
Also, Since day one (and after an hour on the phone with Microsoft) Outlook has NEVER automatically ran a send/receive on startup... Always have to toggle the send/receive action button manualy. Nothing the Tech suggested helped???
