Retrieving old BCM data

How can I retrieve (or import) old BCM data from another HD. I installed a new HD and I need the data and user defined fields. I have access to the old HD.
 
I attempted what you linked me but ran into a problem when asked to stop the MSSQL$MICROSOFTBCM service. I don't see that service. Only one close is under SQL server (MSSMLBIZ) MSSQL$MSSMLBIZ and it's not even started. I also cannot create a new database as one already exist. I did find my old ldf and mdf files from the old database.

I noticed that I forgot to mention that I am using Outlook 2007 on a Windows 7 professional 64 bit machine.
