Hi Guys,
I have a problem where we have a shared mailbox between users. When they send mail from their computers on behalf of the mailbox, the send items goes to their personal sent items instead of the shared mailbox.
We are using a Zimbra Email Server. Although it happens with Exchange Server as well.
This is happening whether we use MS Outlook or Webmail.
I have tried adding the registery key "DelegateSendItemsStyle" and the "Save Send Item To" option on a new mail in Outlook, but none of it makes a difference.
Can anyone maybe give a solution or more advice?
