pfbackup does not work

I am unable to get pfbackup to work with Outlook 2010.

Having installed it and added the required Registry entry for shutdown notification, I tested it by clicking on the Add Ins Tab in Outlook and selecting Backup, then exiting Outlook and instead of the usual pop-up doing the backup, nothing happens.

I have even tried registering outbak.dll separately and although it registers fine, the backup is still not working.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you for your response.

The issue has been resolved. I have downloaded the Registry entry, deleted the one I added and installed that one. Although they were the same, the new one works ... go figure.
