Create auto follow-up reminder email for already sent messages

I am a training coordinator and i send out enrollment confirmations via email. Is there a vba or rule that i can create that will automatically send a reminder email 1-2 weeks later?
 
Rule, no. VBA, yes. You can either have vba create a reminder message and use the delay send feature to send it at a specific date and time, or create an appointment and when the reminder fires, send a message. The addresses you need to send the reminder to go in the location field, the message text in the appointment body.
