A client of mine is working with Outlook 2010 on an Exchange server.
They have just set up the Room List so that secretaries and attorneys can schedule conference rooms.
As part of their scheduling of a conference room, they need to include specific needs that meeting may have - do they need food/beverage service, do they need A/V setup, etc.
I would like it to be simple so that when the secretary finds the date and time for that conference room using Room List, the text they need to complete automatically pops up and is displayed in the Meeting Request before it is sent.
I would rather they not have to open up the form each time, otherwise, it's likely not going to consistently happen.
Is this possible? If so, how? I know I need to use the Developer tool to develop a form. I tried doing this and saved it in the Outlook Folders list - but it doesn't do what I want it to do.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
